Furthermore, a tongue diagnosis is an important tool that helps me determine which meridian requires attention. During the energetic session you make yourself comfortable, in a comfortable sofa or on your bed. It is important to keep warm during the session. It is recommended to have a blanket at hand. A session lasts about an hour. The only thing I need from you is that you are relaxed and let it happen. Maybe you feel something, warmth, tingling, less pain, ... maybe you don't feel anything ... everything is okay. After the session we share experiences, I tell you which meridian I treated. Afterwards I also give you nutritional advice and lifestyle advice so that you can actively contribute to your health. In the following sessions the method is analogous, the conversation before and after the session remains important. After all, healing can be compared to peeling an onion.
